EHCNA Request

An Education and Health Care Needs Assessment (EHCNA) is the first step in obtaining an Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP) for your child.

We can help you draft a compelling and comprehensive request for you to send to your local authority that gives you the best chance of success.

If the request is accepted, the Local Authority will begin the Needs Assessment process.

If the request is refused, the contents of the request can be used to form the basis of a Refusal to Assess (RTA) Appeal.
